GEOMETRIC SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Due to our artisanal, small batch production practices, items can be shipped and arrive separately. We ship from our distribution centers in Ghana and the USA. Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy:
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently participate with DHL and USPS. We offer free shipping on special promotions. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DUTIES & TAXES:
Geometric is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Geometric is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received the packaging and product damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently offer DHL express internationally to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana. In Ghana we offer courier delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are exchange only and cannot be returned.
To return an item, please email customer service

Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,
place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
We offer repairs on leather and textile products for
nominal fees. Please email us with a photo of the product
that needs repair. We will assess the extent of the repair
